One of the most important things is to recognize the quality of a product for yourself, and not blindly trust everything we read.
What I always do is to look for the product that interests me on YouTube (Ex. Dunk low mummy Real vs Fake), I look for specific videos that show me the details of the product, then videos that make comparisons between real shoes and fake shoes, then I look at the QCs through the and try to understand by myself if a product is GL or RL.
Once you did this one, I also look for reviews from people who have received the product in hand and give their opinion on the materials and more.
